A story of someone who was redeemed, restored and filled with gratitude.

From her very birth Julie Dee Holder was part of a family that raised her to know Jesus and coached her to exercise the principles and morals of what a Godly walk should look like. Somewhere in the adolescent years of life, she strayed from the path of righteousness that she had started out on. Making bad decisions became a hobby that went from her younger years into her adult life leading to trials and tribulations that would influence her whole outlook of who she used to be, and who she had become. Then God spoke...loudly. Julie knew it was either sin or God and obedience. The choice that she made would change her life forever. She captured the very heartbeat of Holy Spirit with such excitement; it changed her in drastic and fantastic ways!

Although she was not a processional songwriter or trained singer, Julie was blessed with the opportunity to write her story in song and recorded a CD. Julie has also participated in two podcasts and then was led to tell her true-life story in this testimony book. Sharing her truths, mistakes, lessons, and victories would encourage others to embrace their stories, recognize we are not our mistakes, and realize it is never too late to change. It is never too late to become obedient to the Lord and step into the life He has designed for us and to step into our glorious callings! God took a story of shame and turned into a story of glory!
