The De-Stressor Method is made up of principles that you can use to give you more control over stress as well as techniques that you can use to decrease acute and chronic stress.
Tip: We are all unique, so I’m not going to take a “One Size Fits All” approach. After you read this method, înd the principles and techniques that resonate with you and try them out. You don’t have to implement them all. Even if you take one thing from this method, you will have less stress.
