About the Author
Tiffany is a founding partner of RoundTable Global, an international award-winning leadership development organisation, where she is focusing full time on her desire to create empowerment and balance in the world. She is passionate about creating corporations and communities that are creative and compassionate as well as commercial and believes that by empowering leaders to authentically tap into both their masculine and feminine energies, we can redefine social and business norms, unlock potential and ultimately create fearless cultures where effortless change will happen in the world around us. She is also an inspirational speaker leading women’s empowerment workshops, leadership summits and innovation think tanks towards social change.

Introduction
I am shining right now. I can say that without ego or arrogance because I have finally stepped courageously into my authentic self. For the first time in my life I am truly bringing everything that I am to everything that I do. I am fearless and limitless in a way that I have never been before and the energy I am broadcasting is effortlessly attracting beautiful like-minded individuals to teach, learn, share and create with me.
This year I will be 42 years old and I am excited about every step towards that milestone knowing that I am not attached to what being 42 means. That the label of age and the expectations that come with it no longer permeate my thoughts and feelings with fear.
I have 41 years of experience on this planet. A mere drop in the ocean of the Earths existence and yet I have already lived and already left a mark. I have loved, laughed, lost and left a legacy, the power of which I am only just fully understanding.
In the last ten years I have had the privilege to work with people all over the world delivering talks, projects and programmes of personal leadership and empowerment and I have discovered that the thing that most resonates and creates mindset and behaviour change is our ability to connect and share. Our ability to create a space where we can learn from each other without judgement, where we can see the mirror that is being held up to us in the experiences we create and take full responsibility for the learning.
It is from this place that comes the realisation of how awe inspiring and perfect the gift of life on this planet can be. Living authentically without fear and judgement has enabled me to see the lessons and synchronicities I have created to take me on this great journey. To look back now and understand that what I experienced as bullying in my teenage years taught me the skills, I am using today means that I am able to change my past. I am able to understand that with the benefit of time and a change of perception, every single thing that has happened in my life has served me in some way. Every single thing.
