“Hi, my name is Candy, what’s your name?”
“Huh, Steve,” the nervous voice answered.

There’s a shy cough on the other side of line.
Candy waited a few seconds to see if the first time caller - she could always spot the newbies - would speak up. The silence continued and grew heavy.
