Once upon a time there was a strange village called St. Overthere.
From what people say, the village was a place where magic exists. Not the magic that comes from a wand, but the magic found in every villager’s dreams.
In St. Overthere lived a young boy whose name was North. He was adventurous, whimsical and a dreamer; what he loved more than anything was to climb up on the roof of his house as night fell, when everyone else was asleep.
Pointing his snub nose at the sky, North observed the billions of tiny white dots overhead, his eyes shining and a great, big smile on his face.
That night, North was happy. He was about to fulfill his greatest dream: actually touching a star.

Half the children in the village made fun of him. The grown-ups tried to reason with him, reminding him of the impossibility of touching a star.
Well, North would prove them wrong. He was sure that soon he’d have a star in his hands.
He snuck out of bed without waking his parents, then he slipped out of the house through his bedroom window and climbed up onto the roof.
