We’ve been informed that an ally of a traitor of the CIA (as well as Shadow Squadron) has been located in Iran. His name is Carter Howard, and he’s evaded capture by the CIA, so we’ve been tasked with tracking him down and bringing him in for questioning.

He’s currently in deep cover as a terrorist. We’re going to have to ambush a meet and greet between his faction and another group to get our hands on him. If we can disrupt the alliance between the two terrorist groups in the process, so be it.
