FINAL Comment Response Document Regarding the Phosphorus and Sediment TMDLs for Adkins Pond Wicomico County, MD Introduction The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) has conducted a public review of the proposed Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for phosphorus and sediment loadings in Adkins Pond. The public comment period was open from September 28, 2001 to October 29, 2001. MDE received two sets of written comments.
