Phuket Fit review - Good or Bad experience?
We journeyed to Phuket and explored the tropical island. It's so lovely with all the beaches and relaxing environment. We travelled from England to enrol in a type of health and fitness program at a place called Phuket Fit. We had such a great time there that I've decided that to write this review on Phuket Fit to share our experience. When we first arrived we were met by thePhuketFit driver at the airport, it's a completely complimentary service that they offer and it was really appreciated after flying all the way from London. We arrived in the evening and we started our program in the morning. We had a welcome meeting and were introduced to staff and shown the facilities. The whole place is amazing. It's so well equipped for fitness and weight loss holidays. The trainers there could also only be described as world class! Much better than we had ever expected. The location is between some really nice beaches and we relaxed on Ya Nui beach often which is a short walk away. One thing we did notice is that the Phuket Fit resort is quite far away from Phuket town and the main shopping centres and those sorts of things. Which we wanted to go to because Thailand is such a great place to shop and buy cheap things. It was far, about 40 minutes by taxi, but we didn't mind because we only made the journey into town a handful of times. The program itself at Phuket Fit was really fun and very very rewarding. The diet was delicious and the training was set to our specific level. We also both really appreciated the fitness evaluation and the 1 on 1 advice we received.
