If you are like me, then you may think a “pleasant” new car experience is the stuff of myths ans legends…but to my delight, I can say that they do in fact exist at Findlay Toyota. At least that was my experience with my AWESOME salesman Jaime Nakashima. My new car hunt started online, around 1am in the morning. After browsing the various local dealerships, I decided to send an email inquiry to Findlay Toyota, who had the best deal on a Corolla that I had seen. So not expecting any reply until later that day, I logged off and was about to call it a night when to my surprise I got a “REAL” email reply from Jaime just a couple minutes later. WOW! I mean this was an actual email, not an auto-reply. So after exchanging a few more Q & A emails, I agreed to meet later in the day.
