Knowing the Occult
Every day your brain receives data from media, books, teachers, friends, and that information somehow programs your mind like a computer. And when it comes to finances, your mind is programmed from childhood to be poor. I'm
going to talk about the three ways how your mind is programmed and how to fight against that programming. One of the most important keys to success is having the right mindset. If your mindset is not right and you just spend your life complaining about how bad things are going for you, then you will never be successful. Even though we read and listen to gurus and experts who tell us that with the right mindset we will be rich, that is not true either. Although it is true that if you do not have the right mindset, it is impossible to achieve your goals, the mindset alone is not enough, as the skills and the way you do things are also essential. Even though we will talk about some specific actions that can be carried out because unfortunately
although you may not believe it, they are designed to prevent you from achieving financial success, having the right

mindset helps us combat that programming and reprogram ourselves for success, so let's start with the Three ways in which our Minds are conditioned and then we will see some
tips to reprogram ourselves and achieve success. The first way in which our Minds are conditioned is at school and fundamentally they condition us to be workers, that is to say, the educational system educates us to be employees, it does not train us to remain in the same social class in which we are
and to believe that it is okay to be that way and this happens in most schools in the world, but how is it that they condition our minds to be employees? Many people still have not realized this, but the conditioning of Minds in schools began in Germany more than 200 years ago, the Industrial
Revolution represented a historical process that developed in the 1800s. It was the time when the first factories were established with machines such as the mechanical loom. These machines were operated by people who were capable of performing extremely repetitive and mechanical tasks. In fact, in Britain, between 1800 and 1900, the number of people working in industry increased considerably compared to those working in the fields. However, not just any kind of person could work there; they had to be individuals who did what they were told without question, capable of performing

the exact same task, such as tightening a screw, all day long without asking or complaining about it. Therefore, it was necessary to educate people to behave in this way. However, schools in those years were only available to the wealthy, which led to the creation of what was called the factory school in Germany. These schools were free, as they were provided by the state, and in them, children from the lower
social classes learned in a controlled and regimented way to operate machinery and to behave like the kind of employees that the factories of the Industrial Revolution required. A historian and economist mentioned that in factory schools children had to be taught to follow orders, respect the space and property rights of others, be punctual, docile and sober; he also indicated that this was not an idea of the State, but of the employers who spent considerable effort and time to mold the minds of the workers, especially in schools where
children were taught to behave in the way that the factories required. That is, in simple terms, people were needed who only knew how to say two words: "Yes, sir," as if they were machines programmed to produce and produce, and that is why the factory school played a fundamental role. So, the first schools were not really schools because they did not educate people with useful knowledge for their lives, but

rather they programmed the minds of children so that when they grew up they would be just another part of the production process of a factory, like another machine. And when the first results were observed, since people in those years began to work in factories from a very young age, the system expanded throughout the world, mainly in Europe and North America. The world did not want individuals who had freedom of thought and much less financial freedom, but rather they required people who did nothing but obey orders without complaining or questioning anything, to fill the positions in the factories that were growing rapidly in those
years. For the employer, having employees who did not complain was crucial, since working conditions were very bad and working hours were really long, as shown in this table of
weekly working hours from 1837. That is, while today people work an average of 40 hours a week, in those years people worked around 80 hours a week in most cases. Back then, schools did not teach children to think critically or to contribute to society other than with their labor, much less to generate their own money so that they could, at some point, be financially independent or start their own businesses. And even though we might think that from 1800 until today things should have changed, the reality is that everything

remains more or less the same. The first years of your life are very important because it is when you form the basis of your mentality, and if you attend traditional school, you will gain a lot of knowledge about mathematics, history or geography,
but school will not teach you to think or develop your critical thinking. If we look at most schools in the world, there is no education that promotes an entrepreneurial or business spirit
in children. It teaches how to create a new product or service and in most schools little is said about financial education. This map of the United States shows us in gray the states where it is not necessary to take personal finance classes to obtain a high school diploma and as we can see they are the majority, that is to say, they do not teach you to think independently nor to generate the money necessary to be free. They simply explain things to you so that you memorize them and reproduce them in the exam even if you are going to forget them months after having memorized them. Despite the fact that companies and the way of working have changed since the time of the industrial revolution, the way in which people are educated remains the same. They teach you to keep fixed schedules, to be accountable through exams and to have knowledge to work in a company. In other words, they continue to educate you to believe that life

consists of studying and obtaining a university degree and then working in a company all your life, retiring and finally dying. This does not imply that educators are negative or that
those who The educational institutions are run by malicious people who only want the worst for you, it is simply that the educational system is obsolete and never
It was restructured to fit the current reality where the world no longer operates as it did in the Industrial Revolution, therefore it is essential to reflect on the way in which one is conditioned in order to fight against that and condition oneself to achieve success. The first way to condition a mind is through traditional education, but it is not the only one, so we will mention the second which is to condition your beliefs and the beliefs that one has are often related to the environment where one lives and develops. Most of us have
beliefs closely linked to those of our parents or our friends, and that happens because since we were little we listened to our parents' talks at the family table or we talked with our
friends at school, and to feel integrated into the group we adopted their same beliefs. Even the virtual environment has an impact, since the way in which we use social networks can
also affect what we believe. So if as a child we heard our parents talk about finances and how to manage and enjoy
