Developing cultural expertise or networking with on-the-ground organizations that have cultural expertise. Seeking out potential investments and pursuing them. Maintaining our loan portfolio.
Learning the bylaws of the organization. Getting to know other members and working with everybody to build team cohesion to get projects done. Managing conflicts between members. Taking minutes at meetings and managing tasks.
