Soliciting donations via cold calls, raising awareness by posting fliers, staging fundraisers by hosting prominent speakers, networking with investors and donors, Investor/donor relations. Selling merchandise or giving away merchandise to market the organization. Presenting to various student government panels across campus for donations, grants or other types of support.
Designing graphics, web design, designing fliers, formatting published material, updating the website. Designing the aesthetics of presentations. Planning the layout and functionality of spaces during fundraisers.
Learning about the economy, history, culture, and political structure of countries of interest. Conducting research on viable development policies and economic strategies. Developing cultural expertise or networking with on-the-ground organizations that have cultural expertise. Seeking out potential investments and pursuing them. Maintaining our loan portfolio.
Learning the bylaws of the organization. Getting to know other members and working with everybody to build team cohesion to get projects done. Managing conflicts between members. Taking minutes at meetings and managing tasks.

Issuing receipts to donors, recording all transactions and receipts, working with CPAs to prevent any financial auditing by the IRS. Keeping the IRS away. No IRS!
