’ MER Recorder User s Guide ’ Medical Event Report (MER) Recorder s Guide Login as a MER Recorder To login: 1. In theNaval Disease Reporting System internet (NDRSi)page, enter your Login ID and Password.

Note: Remember that your password is case sensitive, is 8-12 characters long, and includes an upper case character, a lower case character, a number and a non-alpha character (i.e., !, @, #, $, etc.).

Note: NDRSi accounts for MER Recorders must be created by an Administrator of the database. If this is your first time logging into the NDRSi Database, seeCreating Your Profile. Otherwise, the MER Recorder Main Page will open (seeMER Recorder Features).
