MER Recorder User s Guide Medical Event Report (MER) Recorder s Guide Login as a MER Recorder To login: 1. In theNaval Disease Reporting System internet (NDRSi)page, enter your Login ID and Password.
Note: Remember that your password is case sensitive, is 8-12 characters long, and includes an upper case character, a lower case character, a number and a non-alpha character (i.e., !, @, #, $, etc.).
