find good candidates when trying to hire search marketers and
technical staff. The normal channels and networks didn't work, but by
chance they stumbled over a recruiting goldmine.
Performance marketing firm iProspect has been growing at a rapid pace the
last couple of years, but have always struggled to find the right candidates.

- Suddenly we were getting a whole other league of applicants: seasoned
search marketers with real drive, says Uppman.
